Retired Library of Congress Director of Acquisitions, Michael Albin, spoke at Kabultec’s annual Benefit Dinner in 2017. A former Peace Corps volunteer in Afghanistan in the 1960s, Mr Albin who visited Kabul and the Roqia Center in January 2017, gave an interesting, illustrated “then and now” talk about how Afghanistan has changed over the past fifty years.
