Kabultec, a charity organization, has provided empowerment support to the socially and economically disadvantaged areas of Kabul and a number of provinces since 2002. We provide adult education, seminars on women’s rights, democracy, elections and violence against women, and academic research on topics relating to women. We have an integrated approach and reach to husbands and wives, families and communities.
